HAND FANS
Hand fans are sent exclusively in cardboard with tracking number and liability.
Excluded is the dispatch of fans in envelopes - even if these are padded - as well as "goods consignment" with the Deutsche Post.

CASES and CONNECTING RIVETS
Cases (without fans) are sent as a PRIO Maxi letter (with tracking number)
Only connecting rivets are sent as a standard letter. Depending on the quantity, it will be sent as PRIO or not.
LOGISTICS PARTNER
Climate protection is very important to us. That is why we choose climate-friendly logistics partners for our parcel shipments.
Since we know that everyone has their own preferred shipping agency, you can choose between two providers for shipping within Germany when placing your order in the shopping cart.
Other climate-neutral logistics partners are selected for deliveries outside of Germany.

SHIPPING ZONES
Due to the significantly tightened packaging‑licensing requirements in recent years (Packaging Act / Extended Producer Responsibility) within the European Union, we have adjusted our shipping policy.
The current regulations increasingly require small businesses to complete complex registrations, reporting obligations, and in some cases even appoint a local representative in the respective EU member state — even for very small shipping volumes. For a craft‑based shop like ours, this administrative burden is no longer economically viable.
For this reason, we currently ship only within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Shipping to all other EU member states is unfortunately no longer possible.
Countries outside the EU can be reviewed upon request.

The shipping costs vary depending on the product and the selected shipping method.
The options are shown in the order and you are welcome to choose them yourself.

The shipping costs include the statutory VAT.
DELIVERY TIMES
After receipt of payment, the items will be packed by us immediately and passed on to our logistics partner ready for dispatch. The delivery time for standard shipments within Germany is usually 3 to 5 working days from receipt of payment. Outside of Germany, 5 to 7 working days.
PRIO (only for letter format): 24 hours
We have no control over delays caused by our logistic partner.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Together with your invoice you will receive a link with a tracking number for tracking the shipment. This allows you to find out the current shipment status of the parcel at any time.
