TO ORDER

CANELA doesn't just want to be an online shop. I like to welcome my customers to my sales outlets. I think it's important that you hold the fan in your hand, feel the materials and the shape of the fan and try it out for yourself. Unfortunately, this is not possible over the Internet. The colors and materials sometimes look different in the pictures.

For all those who have discovered my subjects far away from my sales outlets but would like to have their favorite models at home, I am happy to offer a shipping service.

Order process

After you have selected your goods, the order takes place in the following steps:

1. Notification to CANELA by one of the 3 following channels:

a) via the order form specified in the shopping cart,
b) via the contact form,

c) by sending an email to kontakt@handfaechercanela.com with the reference numbers and number of items selected. At the same time, please provide your billing and shipping address.

2. Checking the order: I check whether the requested models are available. If a model is not available, I will contact you, possibly with alternatives.

3. After receipt of the order, you will receive an email confirmation and an invoice with my account details and a PayPal link.
The goods are reserved for you for 7 days. If I do not receive any payment within this period, the order will be deleted.

4. Payment in advance. Gladly by bank transfer or PayPal .

5. As soon as I have received the payment, the goods will be sent immediately *.
You will receive a tracking number. from the shipping service.

I work with HERMES . According to HERMES, the delivery time (from collection in the ParcelShop to delivery) is usually 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday) within Germany. CANELA assumes no liability if the delivery takes a longer time.

* Please note that there is no parcel drop-off on market days (Thursdays and Saturdays from June to August).

Revocation instruction

I carefully check my trays before they are dispatched so that my customers only receive flawless goods. I don't want customers who buy multiple models to choose from, pick one and send the rest back.

However, as a dealer, I have to adhere to the German right of withdrawal. According to § 335 BGB my customers can revoke their contract declaration within 14 days after receipt of the goods without giving reasons. If you want to return the item, please contact me in writing (by email to kontakt@handfaechercanela.com). The shipping and packaging costs of a return are to be borne by the buyer.

Tips for customers from Luxembourg

Dear customers from Luxembourg, here is a tip from a customer:

Processing with TV logistics.

This is a service provided by the Luxembourg Post and would only be available to your Luxembourg customers.
The background to this is that many online sellers do not deliver to Luxembourg at all.

This service is called "Packup" and you have to create an online user account at Swiss Post in order to benefit from it.

The goods are then delivered to the "pack-up station" specified by the customer.
These stations are accessible 24/24 hours and you will be notified by SMS when a delivery has arrived.

This service is of course not free and costs around 6 € / delivery.
