The Gift Card can be redeemed at www.handfaechercanela.com.

The gift card and any remaining balance are redeemable until the end of the second year following the year of purchase.

The gift card can only be redeemed before completing the order process. Subsequent offsetting is not possible.

Only one gift card is redeemable per order.

The gift card can only be used to purchase products on our website and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Cash payment of the gift card balance is excluded.

Refund of the amount of a Gift Card is excluded.

Payment with a gift card is excluded from refund.

You can only exchange orders paid for with a gift card if the price of the exchanged products is the same (i.e. nothing is refunded to the customer)

The gift card is transferable. The seller may make payment to the respective holder with discharging effect. This does not apply if the seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the ineligibility, legal incapacity or lack of representative authority of the respective holder.
